By Sylvia Juma
The electoral commission will today educate voters how to mark ballot papers to reduce the number of spoilt votes in the March vote.
According to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the exercise will be conducted in over 1,400 wards.
Over 14 million Kenyans registered to vote in the up-coming general elections, the first under the new constitution.
